I walked in to the Shadowspec factory one afternoon just a couple of days before Christmas. From the receptionist whom I met initially to the salesman who came to answer my questions I was dealt with politely, efficiently and professionally. I placed an order the following morning and just 24 hours later, when most of the staff had already left for their holidays, I collected my Shadowspec umbrella. The design is truly excellent. Materials used are robust, well fit for purpose and I am confident my umbrella will last many years. I am thoroughly pleased with my purchase and cannot praise Shadowspec highly enough.

The product is very good quality and the service from the company was also very good- informative and prompt without being pushy in sales an efficient in delivery. We are looking forward to enjoying many years of our new umbrella.

These umbrellas are awesome - we have an SU6 Duo which is the double umbrella - it looks stunning and is so easy to use with the gaslift and sliding movement to open and close - I would recommend these umbrellas to anyone and everyone. While they are not the cheapest option I have done a lot of research and there is simply nothing else that compares if you want something that is high quality, durable and classy.
